SHIPPING RETURN POLICY

Homadic.com sends orders with either BPOST/POSTNL/DHL/DPD. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping of the order.

DELIVERY TIME

We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours. After that, the time it takes to reach you, depends on your location: 
To Western Europe: 1-3 days
To other EU countries: 3-5 days
To the US: 3-5 days
To other countries: 5-10 days

SHIPPING RATES

Benelux Orders: Free domestic shipping on orders over €150  
Other Countries: €30 flat rate

SHIPPING AND WARRANTIES

Invalid Shipping Address:  
We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes. 
Risk of Loss: 
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Homadic. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Homadic delivers these items to the carrier.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Free Returns and Exchanges (Benelux Only) 
A free return shipping label will be emailed upon request for shipments within the Benelux. If you would like an exchange shipped to a different address, please include the new address and notify us by email. Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive a Credit Memo email once the refund to your credit card has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied to your account. 

Homadic will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund under the Policy terms described below. Full Price: Merchandise must be shipped back to Homadic within 14 days of original delivery date. Sale Price: Merchandise must be shipped back to Homadic within 14 days of original delivery date. Final Sale: Merchandise, including Online Sample Sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged and will promptly be shipped back to the customer upon receipt by Homadic.

Any damaged or defective merchandise should be promptly shipped back to Homadic for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 14 days of original delivery date, it will be shipped back to the customers at their expense. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Please send the package with a traceable service so it can be located if it disappears during transit.
